I’m Rachael Presky, a contemporary expressive painter living in South Somerset, UK.

My paintings are a representation of my messy, imperfect, joyful and colourful life. I think it’s really important to slow down and appreciate life through small moments. I paint to show how I feel in these snatched, beautiful moments; from the awe of a mountain, the colour and beauty of a flower, a moment in time or the perfect light. Look a bit closer and you’ll see all the different colours and the gorgeous texture of paint.

I’m hoping my artwork can be a reminder that it’s ok to live a messy, imperfect and colourful life. To take a step back and slow down, enjoy that moment, take in the bigger picture and try to enjoy the small things that bring you joy! I will be living it with you!
